In naval architecture, the hull dictates safety, but the superstructure defines the experience. Whether you are a private investor who dreams of your own oasis in the middle of the Adriatic, or a hotelier who wants to create the most visited beach bar in the region, your vision deserves a unique design.

1. Universal Foundation: An Indestructible Base for Every Vision
Regardless of what is on deck, the foundation of each of our structures remains the same: a robust network of interconnected hexagonal modules made of 20 mm thick HDPE panels, 1.2 meters high.
This standardized approach means you don’t have to pay for hull development from scratch. Hydrostatic calculations, unsinkability, integrated water tanks (“off-grid” autonomy) and active PLC ballast control are already implemented. The 316 stainless steel outer frame is molded into authentic artificial rocks using 2K polyurethane foam and polyurea with quartz sand. Once this indestructible “island” is complete, the deck becomes a blank canvas for your ideas.
2. Vision One: Elegant Mediterranean House (“Floating Residence”)
For private clients or luxury "glamping" tourism, we turn an identical hull into a superb residence on the water.
- Architecture: The superstructure is constructed using lightweight yet strong composite materials and aluminum profiles with large glass walls that blur the line between the interior and the sea.
- Arrangement: Composite teak wood decks, integrated jacuzzi swimming pools, smart lighting and air conditioning control systems, and luxurious bedrooms.
- Privacy: The design focuses on intimacy, creating protected spaces ideal for year-round stays in hidden Adriatic coves, in complete silence and independence.
3. Vision Two: Commercial Beach Bar or Party Boat
That same hull, with the same artificial rocks, can become the most profitable commercial square meter in your waters.
- Open concept: Instead of walls and rooms, the deck is opened up to the maximum. Elegant modular awnings (pergolas), a long designer bar, a DJ booth and top-notch sound systems are installed.
- Load capacity and stability: Since commercial facilities experience high and variable loads (hundreds of people dancing and moving), our PLC liquid ballast control system does the key job here, keeping the platform perfectly level regardless of the crowd.
- Mobility: While houses most often remain anchored, party the platform can be mobile. By installing integrated hydraulic thrusters (thruster) or strong High Thrust of outboard motors that are controlled wirelessly belly pack remote control, your beach bar it turns into a mobile party ship that can change location every day.
4. Modular construction: Unrivaled flexibility
Since the entire structure is modular, the superstructure construction process takes place in parallel with the hull construction, which drastically reduces delivery time. The superstructure components arrive at the location ready for assembly. If after a few seasons you decide to change the purpose of the facility (e.g. convert the platform from a restaurant to an accommodation unit), the hull remains the same – only the equipment on the deck changes.
