The ultimate in luxury on the water is not measured solely by the design of the superstructure or the quality of the materials; it is measured by the feeling of solid ground underfoot. The biggest drawback of traditional floating structures is their sensitivity to changes in center of gravity. No matter how large or luxuriously equipped the structure is, the sensation of tilting disrupts the comfort of guests and creates a sense of insecurity.

PLC controlled active liquid ballast system (Programmable Logic Controller) – technology taken directly from modern shipbuilding and industrial automation.
1. The challenge of asymmetric loading
Let's imagine a scenario on a floating beach bar: at one point, a group of 20 people move to the left side of the platform to watch the sunset, while a strong crosswind blows on the same side. On a classic pontoon, this asymmetrical load would cause the entire structure to tilt significantly. Drinks would spill, and guests would instinctively seek balance.
In order for the platform to remain perfectly horizontal, the weight must be instantly compensated on the opposite, right side. Instead of adding permanent, dead weight that would unnecessarily weigh down the facility, we use the most available resource around us - water.
2. What is PLC and how does active ballast work?
Our leveling system is a fully automated “smart brain” of the platform. The system consists of three key elements:
- Tilt sensors (Inclinometers): Highly sensitive sensors monitor the angle and plane of the deck in real time.
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): An industrial microcomputer that processes sensor data in hundredths of a second.
- Pump and valve system: A network of powerful pumps connected to ballast chambers inside the platform.
When a sensor detects that the platform is starting to tilt under the weight of the guests, the PLC reacts instantly. It sends a signal to pumps that automatically suck seawater into ballast chambers on the opposite side of the building. As the load of people shifts, the PLC pumps water from one chamber to the other in real time, keeping the platform at absolute zero (perfect level).
3. Perfect synergy with the hexagonal hull
This system would not be possible without our specific hull design. Since the platform is built from independent HDPE hexagonal modules (1.2 meters high), certain modules at strategic positions are pre-engineered as ballast chambers.
Water is pumped directly into these indestructible chambers located deep below deck. This keeps the center of gravity of the object extremely low, which further calms the platform on waves. The entire process takes place completely silently, without any intervention from the crew or guests.
