Visualization of an indestructible hexagonal base<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our production is based on high density polyethylene (HDPE). Before starting the extrusion welding of massive plates with a thickness of 20 mm, we construct a precise 3D model of the hull in SolidWorks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By modeling hexagonal modules (1.2 meters high) and connecting them together in a virtual environment, engineers define the exact layout of the air chambers. This process allows us to pre-position the integrated fresh, gray and black water tanks, optimizing utilization within the hull itself without compromising buoyancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Hydrostatic calculations and load simulation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The beauty of 3D CAD modeling lies in the ability to test physics before construction. Precision Metal Processing: Bending Analysis of Stainless Steel Frames<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our platforms are recognizable by their edges that perfectly imitate natural rocks. The base of these \u201crocks\u201d is a complex stainless steel frame (Inox 316) that holds 2K polyurethane foam and a layer of polyurea with quartz sand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction of this frame requires top-notch metalworking. In SolidWorks, we perform advanced sheet metal bending analysis for work on hydraulic presses (press benders). The software calculates the required bending force tonnage and internal radii depending on the V-die used, ensuring that each Inox profile is bent without microcracks or weakening of the material. This engineering preparation guarantees that the steel \u201cskeleton\u201d of the rocks can withstand extreme wave impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. From model to production plant without error<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditional shipbuilding often faces unforeseen problems at the slipway itself, resulting in delays and budget overruns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our 3D CAD approach completely eliminates this risk.
