Regardless of what is on deck, the foundation of each of our structures remains the same: a robust network of interconnected hexagonal modules made of 20 mm thick HDPE panels, 1.2 meters high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This standardized approach means you don\u2019t have to pay for hull development from scratch. Hydrostatic calculations, unsinkability, integrated water tanks (\u201coff-grid\u201d autonomy) and active PLC ballast control are already implemented. The 316 stainless steel outer frame is molded into authentic artificial rocks using 2K polyurethane foam and polyurea with quartz sand. Once this indestructible \u201cisland\u201d is complete, the deck becomes a blank canvas for your ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Vision One: Elegant Mediterranean House (\u201cFloating Residence\u201d)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Load capacity and stability:<\/strong> Since commercial facilities experience high and variable loads (hundreds of people dancing and moving), our PLC liquid ballast control system does the key job here, keeping the platform perfectly level regardless of the crowd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mobility:<\/strong> While houses most often remain anchored, party<\/em> the platform can be mobile. By installing integrated hydraulic thrusters (thruster<\/em>) or strong High Thrust<\/em> of outboard motors that are controlled wirelessly belly pack<\/em> remote control, your beach bar<\/em> it turns into a mobile party ship that can change location every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Modular construction: Unrivaled flexibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Since the entire structure is modular, the superstructure construction process takes place in parallel with the hull construction, which drastically reduces delivery time. The superstructure components arrive at the location ready for assembly. If after a few seasons you decide to change the purpose of the facility (e.g. convert the platform from a restaurant to an accommodation unit), the hull remains the same \u2013 only the equipment on the deck changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
