Since the platform is built from independent HDPE hexagonal modules (1.2 meters high), certain modules at strategic positions are pre-engineered as ballast chambers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Water is pumped directly into these indestructible chambers located deep below deck. This keeps the center of gravity of the object extremely low, which further calms the platform on waves.
